2007 Play - DON"T BOX ME IN

DON'T BOX ME IN is a story of Wilson who had always believed that God only talked to preachers and had no idea what his purpose in life was until he met an old man living next door to the church named Mr. David who challenges him to talk and listen for God's voice. As Wilson became more in tune with the voice of God and His will for his life, Wilson finds out that not every one is as excited about his new found freedom. He is bombarded with cruel accussations and has to make a stand to do what God has asked him to do or allow himself to be "boxed in" and bow to the will of his church members.

Thank you. That is one of my prayers that what God has given me to do touches another. Do you think the "realness" of the productions scare people (mostly church folk) into not commenting at all? I ask that guestion because there are people who have seen the plays and have told me that they like them but there are others (mostly those in church) who just look and say nothing. Or do they just don't know what to say?
